01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rp55 ("Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the rp55 platform, accessible via the official website at rp55.vin and the rp55 mobile app for Android and iOS.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by rp55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please cease using the rp55 platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the rp55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and rp55.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the rp55 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from participating in gambling activities.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an rp55 employee.

Rp55 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, and bank statement. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on rp55. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or IP address, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as shown on your identification card.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Correct date of birth.
• A strong and unique password for your rp55 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. rp55 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account information.

04 Deposits & Payments

Rp55 supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), DuitNow, and local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.

The deposit terms and policies for rp55 are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties, including family members, are not permitted.
• Deposits will be credited to your rp55 account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• Rp55 does not charge any processing fee for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply their own charges.
• All deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Rp55 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed automatically within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The following withdrawal policies apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the rp55 account holder.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Rp55 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit may require additional processing time of up to one business day.
• Rp55 does not charge any processing fee for standard withdrawals. Fees are only applied when explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Rp55 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, rp55 will notify the relevant member within a reasonable timeframe.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Rp55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value for our members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonuses have wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and maximum betting limits when using bonus funds are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Rp55 reserves the right to void any related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new member.
• Rp55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules

All games available on rp55 are operated using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. Specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

General terms applicable to all games on rp55:

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error exists.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, rp55 will use server records to determine the status and outcome of the affected game.
• Rp55 reserves the right to void any game or bet if there is an error in odds setting or a technical failure that affects the integrity of the game.
• Players are responsible for verifying their bets before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

08 Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and rp55. rp55 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. On your part, please take the following steps:

• Never share your rp55 account password or OTP code with anyone, including rp55 staff.

• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the rp55 support team immediately.

Rp55 will never ask for your password, PIN, or OTP via any communication channel. Please be cautious of anyone claiming to be an rp55 representative and requesting your sensitive information.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp55 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registration or use of multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to influence gameplay.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt rp55 systems and servers.
• Identity fraud or document forgery during the KYC process.
• Money laundering through the rp55 platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Spreading defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content through any rp55 communication channel.
• Any attempt to exploit errors or vulnerabilities in the rp55 payment system, bonus calculations, or game mechanics.

10 Account Termination

You may close your rp55 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account.

Rp55 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated due to a violation, rp55 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses. rp55's decision in this matter is final.

11 Limitation of Liability

Rp55 is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Technical failures beyond rp55's reasonable control, including internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or natural disasters.
• Errors in placing bets or making deposits by the user themselves.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Financial decisions you make based on your use of the rp55 platform.

Under no circumstances shall rp55's maximum liability to you exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that members can set for themselves.
• Option to temporarily self-exclude from the platform for a set period.

14 Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where rp55 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Level: Contact the rp55 customer support team via live chat to resolve issues directly within 5–7 business days.
• Second Level: If the issue cannot be resolved, you may submit a formal complaint by email to the rp55 management team. A response will be provided within 14 business days.
• Third Level: If the matter remains unresolved, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Rp55's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final and binding on all parties.
